Privacy policy

1. What we collect
When you book a service, request a quote, or reach out to us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and service address.
- Job details you share so we can price and complete your assembly (item list, product links, photos, delivery timing).
- Payment information — handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details.
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser type) used only for site security and function.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to:
- Schedule and complete your assembly.
- Contact you about your appointment (call, text, or email).
- Process payment through Stripe.
- Send confirmation, follow-up, and warranty information.
We do not use your information for advertising or resale.
3. SMS Consent & Mobile Data
Phone numbers collected for text messaging (booking links, appointment confirmations, and customer-service replies) are used solely by Furniture Assembly by Lee. Consent is collected verbally: customers call (423) 830-2984 (or our secondary line (423) 483-7193) and expressly request a text message during the call before any message is sent. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead-generation purposes. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. 4. Where it goes
Your information is shared only with the third-party services that make the platform work:
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Netlify — hosts the website.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
Customer records (name, contact info, job history) are kept indefinitely so we can give you continuity if you come back — unless you ask us to delete them. Payment receipts are retained per standard IRS recordkeeping rules (currently 7 years).
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your records. Email Justine@Leeholdingsgroup.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We’ll respond within 7 business days.
7. Updates to this policy
We’ll update this page if anything material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
